Is there a way/switch to force it to apply to the Visio product ( I suspect it is trying to apply it to the Office 2016 product and not the Visio 2016 product. It looks like it processes, but it does not activate. I tried cscript ospp.vbs /inpkey:xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx and slmgr.vbs /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx. I can use a remote command line via our RMM. We do not want to have to manually log into each laptop 30+ times. I was able to remote into a laptop and confirm that the key works.
We were able to get the MAK key from the Volume Licensing Center using Visio Standard 2016Ĭ2R-P. We then find that Visio installed, but it did not activate. It was successful and our project manager considered it done.
We were then forced to re-install Visio 2016 using Office Deployment tool. We uninstalled Visio 2016, then installed O365/Office 2016. We found that we could not install Office 2016 from O365 while Visio was installed. We implemented O365 to upgrade the Office 2007, but are going to keep the VL Visio 2016. We have a client that had Office 2007 and a Volume Licensed Visio 2016 on their computers.
